As of February 4, 2011, the Kentucky Kingdom theme park has been closed. We have decided to archive some of the highlights of the park in memory of all the fun and excitement experienced by countless families.

When open, Kentucky Kingdom had some of the most terrifying, heart pounding, gut wrenching rides on Earth if you dared! The thrill rides at Kentucky Kingdom, got you screaming and left you begging for more! This was the only park where you could ride a FIVE-time world record breaker!

Chang If you’re going to be the best, you have to beat the best! That’s what you are in for when you challenge this world record breaker! It’s a challenge you won’t take sitting down either, because this stand-up roller coaster will throttle your senses as you race to speeds over 60 mph and reach heights of 154 feet!

T2 - T stands for Terror! Your mind will be spinning as you get hurled up-side down and right side up on this suspended coaster. Loop after loop at 50 mph and over 100 feet, will rattle you the rest of the day.

Greezed Lightnin’ - This screamin’ coaster is a 30 second free-for-all of speed, loops, and sheer rush! You shoot out of the station to go from 0-60 mph in 6 seconds, and then the real shock-a 76 foot tall loop! Before you know it, you’re back at the station, begging to do it all over again.
